2026 Outdoor: Competed in 4 meets during the Outdoor season...Took 3rd place and set a personal best in the 1500m at the Blue & Gold Invitational (Apr. 4th) with a time of 5:21.23...Was apart of the 4x400m Relay Team that finished atop of the podium at the John Weaver Invitational (Apr. 24-25th) with a time of 4:18.50...Set a personal best at the SAC Championships (Apr. 29-30th) in the 800m with a time of 2:22.61.

2025-26 Indoor: Competed in 4 meets during the Indoor season...Was apart of the DMR Team that took 2nd place on the podium at the VMI team Challenge (Jan. 17th) with a time of 14:06.36...Took 3rd in the 4x400m Relay at the VMI Winter Classic (Feb. 14th) with a time of 4:16.56...Finished 7th overall at the SAC Championships (Feb. 28-Mar. 1st) in the DMR at 13:15.85. 

2025 Outdoor: Competed in all five outdoor meets ... Finished 12th in the 800 meters at the South Atlantic Conference Championships (Apr. 30-May 1) with a personal-best time 2:23.09 ... Was also part of the eighth-place 4x400 meter relay team at the SAC meet ... Ran a personal record of 5:28.04 in the 1,500 meters at the Mountaineer First Chance (Mar. 21).

2024-25 Indoor: Competed in five meets her sophomore winter ... Finished 13th in the 800 meters at the South Atlantic Conference Championships (Mar. 1-2) ... Was also part of the seventh place 4x400 meter and distance medley relays at the SAC meet ... Ran a personal-best of 5:42.32 in the mile at the Joe LaRocco Invitational (Feb. 15) ... Ran a season-best of 2:27.58 in the 800 meters at the JDL Last Chance Invitational (Feb. 22).

2024 Outdoor: Ran in all five meets as a freshman ... Finished 18th in the 800 meters (2:29.72) at the South Atlantic Conference Championships (May 1-2) ... Part of the record-breaking 4x400 meter relay that finished eighth (4:07.14) at the SAC meet ... Had a season-best of 1:05.35 in the 400 meters at the WildCat Invitational (Apr. 20).

2023-24 Indoor: Competed in all seven indoor meets ... Finished 18th in the 400 meters at the South Atlantic Conference Championships (Feb. 24-25) with a school-record time of 1:02.47 ... Was also part of the sixth-place distance medley relay (13:01.61) and the eighth-place 4x400 meter relay 4:17.22 at the SAC meet ... Helped set the school record in the 4x400 meters (4:17.03) at the Liberty Open (Feb. 3) and the program best in the DMR (12:58.33) at the Bast-Cregger Invitational (Dec. 8-9) ... Ran a 28.38 in the 200 meters at the Bast-Cregger and a 2:33.79 in the 800 meters at the JDL Last Chance Invitational (Feb. 17).
