Emory & Henry Men’s Cross Country Finishes 11th At Southeast Regional

WINGATE, N.C. – The Emory & Henry University Men's Cross Country Team wrapped up the 2025 season Saturday, finishing 11th at the 2025 Division II Southeast Region Cross Country Championships. The meet took place at Wingate XC Facility in Wingate, North Carolina, and was hosted by Wingate University.

The Results – Men's 10K
- Senior Miles Baldwin (Willis, Va.) was 43rd in 33:46 as Emory & Henry's top finisher. Sophomore Davis Norman (Salem, Va.) ran 34:31 to take 64th while Junior Samuel Tindall (Fort Defiance, Va.) ran a 34:54 to take 75th. Coming in 88th was junior Aidan Trautman (Centreville, Md.) in 35:18,  rounding out E&H was freshman J.T. Moore (Chilhowie, Va.) placed 95th with his 35:40. 

- Freshman Brady Widlake (Bristow, Va.) placed 128th, senior Tommy Henzey, IV (Salem, Va.) was 156th.

The Winners
- Wingate University's Lars Laros won medalist honors covering the course in 30:48, beating teammate Samuel Gilson by 11 seconds.
- The Bulldogs took the top four positions and six in the top ten. Anderson (S.C.) University was the team runner-up, with four scoring runners in the top 15.
