ROCK HILL, S.C. – Emory & Henry University sophomore guard Lyndie Ramsey (Elizabethton, Tenn.) has been selected as the South Atlantic Conference WePlayed Sports Women's Basketball Player of the Week for Week Three of competition, SAC officials announced Monday.

Ramsey posted a career-high 27 points, four rebounds, two assists, one steal and a block to lead the Wasps to an 84-73 SAC win over Anderson (S.C.) University Saturday afternoon. She was 7-for-8 from three-point range and a perfect 4-for-4 from the charity stripe. Her seven made threes is tied for fourth-most in a single contest in E&H program history. 

Emory & Henry is back at home on Wednesday, December 3 when the Wasps host the University of Mount Olive for Education Day. Tip-off is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. from the John Rutledge King Center.
