Emory & Henry Men’s Soccer Moves Up To Seventh In Regional Poll

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – For the fourth consecutive week, the Emory & Henry University Men's Soccer Team is ranked in the United Soccer Coaches Division II Southeast Region Poll, officials announced Tuesday. The Wasps have moved up one place to seventh in the most recent rankings.

E&H is currently 7-3-4 and holds a 6-1-2 record in the South Atlantic Conference. The Wasps sit in a tie for first place in the SAC, are currently on a program-record 11-game unbeaten streak and are coming off of a 1-0-1 week that saw them draw 0-0 at regionally-ranked Concord University and gut out a hard-fought 1-0 win at home over Wingate on Senior Night. 

E&H has secured a home game for the quarterfinals of the South Atlantic Conference Tournament, and wrap up the regular season with an opportunity for a conference championship on Wednesday, November 5 when the Wasps host Lincoln Memorial. Kickoff is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. from the Food City Sports Complex.
