How It Happened
- Senior forward Matheus Ulrich Da Silva (Balneario Camboriu, BRAZIL) wasted no time as he put a shot on goal just 16 seconds into the match, but it was saved to keep things scoreless. The Wasps opened up the scoring in the 15th minute when freshman midfielder Noah Serwy (Liege, BELGIUM) found freshman defender Milan Ales (Le Cres, FRANCE), who beat the Tusculum defenders and tucked a low shot into the bottom corner of the net for his second goal of the season to make it 1-0. The two teams combined for just three more shots over the remainder of the half and E&H took the 1-0 advantage into the break.
- Emory & Henry struck again just over seven minutes into the second half when freshman forward Samuel Ulrich (Balneario Camboriu, BRAZIL) dished to fellow freshman forward Jean-Charles Eyidi (Briollay, FRANCE). Eyidi smashed a shot past the TU keeper to push the Wasps' lead out to 2-0. Neither team could break through over the next 23 minutes, but the Pioneers eventually got on the scoreboard. Linus Salomonsen assisted Mason Clark to reduce the deficit to 2-1. The visitors from Emory locked down defensively over the final 15 minutes of play to secure the victory and pull within just a point of first place in the SAC standings.

Emory & Henry Individual Leaders
- Serwy recorded an assist on a team-high two shots at goal. Ales and Eyidi each scored on their lone attempt of the evening.
- Junior goalkeeper Baptiste Berthozat (Saint-Martin-de-Crau, FRANCE) finished the match with three saves to earn his fifth win of the year.
