BRISTOL, Va. – The Intermont Equestrian at Emory & Henry University IDA Team hosted their second show of the semester, taking home Reserve High-Point Team.

First Level
Starting us off in First level, senior Willow Palmer (Lebanon, N.J.), took home third place with a 68.148% on Kygo, and junior Anna Norton (Charlotte, N.C.) took home sixth place with a 65% aboard Kygo.
Upper Training Level
Olivia Edgington-Desmet (Alpharetta, Ga) rode to first place aboard Will with a 72.413%, and junior Cetari White-Anderson (Clatskanie, Ore.) earned a 67.068% on Grace to take home fourth place
Lower Training Level
Junior Bailey Shive (Hot Springs, Ark.) claimed a win in the division on Jeter with a 70.192%. Sophomore Samantha Nappi (Bedford, Mass.) was close behind on Iggy with a 67.692% to take second place.
Introductory Level
Sophomore Eva Packman (Spotsylvania, Va.) rode to a 69.062% to earn third place in the division on Henri, while Junior Isabelle Bussolotta (Easton, Conn.) earned a 67.812% to finish sixth aboard Nobel
The Awards
Emory & Henry earned Reserve High-Point team of the show with 12 points (67.940% team average).
Edgington-Demet was the High-Point Rider of the Day thanks to her win in Upper Training with a 72.413%
Dressage Seat Equitation
In Upper Training, freshman Téa Fuller (Little Valley, N.Y.) took home the blue aboard Charlie, followed by sophomore Irelyn Petrie (Nokesville, Va) who rode to second place on Castle. Freshman Rylie Miller (Bernville, Pa) revcieved fourth place on Kato.
In Lower Training sophomore Lauren Scott (Otego, N.Y.) placed second aboard Alijano, Junior Norah Jones (Buchanan, Va.) also took second place on Dove.
In our last class of the day, sophomore Megan Plumb (Leawood, Kan.) took home third place aboard Fallon in her collegiate debut, and sophomore Sierra Carson (Pasadena, Md.) took fourth place riding Tanner in Introductory level.

The Wasps will change their focus to the IHSA team by hosting a double header on March 21st.
