LONG VALLEY, N.J. – The Intermont Equestrian at Emory & Henry University IHSA Team traveled to New Jersey over the weekend to compete in the 35th annual Holiday Tournament of Champions.

The Results
- Freshman Nada Soueidan (Williamsburg, Va.) finished fifth in Open Equitation Over Fences.
- Sophomore Ella Bramer (East Amherst, N.Y.) finished fifth in Intermediate Equitation Over Fences and sixth on the flat.
- In Limit, senior Isabella Oglesby (Virginia Beach, Va.) took second over fences and first on the flat.
- Junior Julia Seery (Colebrook, Ct.) topped the Novice Equitation on the flat division, while freshman Haylie Dowell (North Wilkesboro, N.C.) finished fourth in Introductory.
- Junior Olivia Del Pinal (Fuquay-Varina, N.C.) finished eighth in the High Medal, while sophomore Caroline Hall (Bostic, NC) finished fourth in the low medal.
The Awards
- Emory & Henry finished sixth overall out of sixteen teams.
Up Next
- The Wasps will open the Spring Season with a trip to the Savannah College of Art and Design for the Tournament of Champions Winter Classic.
