BRISTOL, Va. – The Intermont Equestrian at Emory & Henry College IDA Team continued the season with back-to-back wins over the weekend, as well as taking High-Point Rider on Saturday and Reserve High-Point Rider on both Saturday and Sunday.
SATURDAY
The Basics

First Level
First level saw senior Willow Palmer (Lebanon, N.J.), who took home the blue with a 72.878% on Viscara. Junior Anna Norton (Charlotte, N.C.) took home second place with a 70.757% aboard Kygo
Upper Training Level
Freshman Olivia Edgington-Desmet (Alpharetta, Ga) rode to first place aboard Saint with a 76.896%, which also earned her High-Point Rider on her collegiate debut. Junior Cetari White-Anderson (Clatskanie, Ore.) earned a 69.482% on Iggy to place fourth.
Lower Training Level
Sophomore Samantha Nappi (Bedford, Mass.) claimed a win in the division on Disco with a 74.230%, also taking Reserve High-Point Rider of the day. Junior Bailey Shive (Hot Springs, Ark.) was close behind with a 72.692% aboard Jeter to place second
Introductory Level
Sophomore Eva Packman (Spotsylvania, Va.) laid down a 72.5% to win the division on Scout, while Junior Isabelle Bussolotta (Easton, Conn.) started her collegiate career with a 66.562% to finish fourth aboard Ernesto
The Awards
Emory & Henry won the show with 19 points (72.495% team average).
Edgington was the High-Point Rider of the Day thanks to her win in Upper Training with a 76.896%
Nappi took Reserve High-Point Rider, with a 74.230% and a blue ribbon in Lower Training.
Dressage Seat Equitation
In Upper Training, freshman Téa Fuller (Little Valley, N.Y.) took home the blue, followed by sophomore Irelyn Petrie (Nokesville, Va), claiming first place in her collegiate debut, both riders aboard Ferris. Freshman Rylie Miller (Bernville, Pa.) also took second place in her IDA debut.
In Lower Training, Junior Norah Jones (Buchanan, Va.) took first place on Dove, while sophomore Lauren Scott (Otego, N.Y.) placed third aboard Taco in her IDA debut.
In our last class of the day, Sierra Carson (Pasadena, Md.) took third riding Seal in Introductory level.

Senior Willow Palmer (Lebanon, N.J.) rode to a 67.777% to take home second, followed by junior Anna Norton (Charlotte, N.C.) with a 66.851% for third, both riders on Kygo
Upper Training Level
Junior Cetari White-Anderson (Clatskanie, Ore.) earned a 65.862% which placed her fifth. Freshman Olivia Edgington-Desmet (Alpharetta, Ga.) posted a 65.689% for sixth, both riders aboard Iggy
Lower Training Level
Sophomore Samantha Nappi (Bedford, Mass.) claimed a win in the division riding Irish with a 72.307%. Junior Bailey Shive (Hot Springs, Ark.) posted a second-place finish with a 70.192% on Jeter.
Introductory Level
Junior Isabelle Bussolotta (Easton, Conn.) rode to a 69.062% on Henri to take second in the division, followed by sophomore Eva Packman (Spotsylvania, Va.) aboard Leo, who laid down a 66.875% for third place.

E&H won the show with 15 points total (68.677% team average).
Nappi took Reserve High-Point Rider, with a 72.307% and another blue ribbon in Lower Training.

In Lower Training, Sophomore Lauren Scott (Otego, N.Y.) took home blue, while junior Norah Jones (Buchanan, Va.) rode to second, both riders aboard Alijano.
Sierra Carson (Pasadena, Md.) placed fourth aboard Tanner in Introductory level.
