The Marshall, Virginia native adds All-Region honors to All-Old Dominion Athletic Conference Second-Team accolades from May. He batted .369 with a team-leading six home runs, adding seven doubles, 21 RBI and 11 runs scored. Kezele put together a .438 on-base percentage and a .754 slugging average as he reached base safely in all 17 games in which he played with a 16-game hitting streak. He had six multi-hit games, six multi-RBI games and four multi-run contests over the course of the season.
Kezele is one of 15 players from the ODAC to earn All-South honors. University of Lynchburg and Shenandoah University tied for the most all-region nods at five each while Randolph-Macon College saw two players recognized. Ferrum College and Roanoke College each had added one player to the list.
It is the first time since the 2016 season that Emory & Henry has seen a player named to the all-region teams. That year, Brandon Lineberry earned his second All-South honor and was also named all-region in 2015.
Emory & Henry posted a 6-17 overall record this spring, going 5-17 in ODAC action.
