Emory & Henry College Sports Information
The Emory & Henry College Sports Information Department
coordinates the publicity and promotion of all 13 of E&H's NCAA
Division III intercollegiate athletic teams. This including press
releases, publications, statistical information, and the
maintenance of the athletics website (www.GoWasps.com). The
Department is committed to providing the highest quality
information to the College community, media and Wasps' fans around
the country.
The E&H Sports Information Department is
located in King Center 123 outside the swimming pool. Traditional
office hours will be kept unless otherwise noted.

Questionnaire
If you are a current student athlete and have been asked to
complete an information form for your bio page, please follow the
link below. Fill the form out as thoroughly as possible so your bio
will be complete.

GAMEDAY POLICIES
The Sports Information Department oversees the operations of the
press box and scorer's table at all Emory & Henry home events.
A limited amount of space exists on press row and will be available
on a first-come, first-served basis. Credential requests should be
made as far in advance as possible.
Statistics
Statistics will be made available to members of the media at
halftime and at the conclusion of each contest. Statistics may be
provided at intervals during the contest upon request. The Sports
Information Department will be happy to make arrangements prior to
games to fax and e-mail box scores.
Internet
Wireless Internet access is available throughout campus. To access
E&H's wireless network, each computer must be equipped with
Cisco NAC Appliance, a free download. A username and password will
be provided.
Radio
All requests for broadcast radio and Internet
radio broadcasts must be made through the Sports Information
Department at least 72 hours in advance.
Photography
All photographers interested in shooting at Emory
& Henry home events must contact the sports information office
at least 72 hours in advance in order to arrange for the proper
credentials. Be advised that flash equipment may be necessary to
capture quality photographs, and that game officials will have the
final word as to whether such equipment will be allowed during
play.
INTERVIEW POLICIES
Practices
Practices, as a general rule, will be open to the public. Coaches
will reserve the right to hold closed practices. Players will be
available for interviews after practice, but not before. Please
call the Sports Information Department to verify practice times.
Coaches will be available for interview by appointment only.
Game Day
All requests for coach and player interviews must
be made through the Sports Information Department. Players and
coaches will be available following a 10-minute "cooling-off"
period after each home contest. For postgame interviews of visiting
players and coaches, consult first with the visiting sports
information personnel if they are in attendance. Every attempt will
be made to make coach and player interviews available at the
conclusion of each contest.
Contacting Coaches
All interviews with coaches shall be coordinated through the
Sports Information Department. Please phone or email Joe Matthews
at least 24 hours in advance of your intended interview to arrange
an appropriate time to speak with coaches.
