GREENWOOD, S.C. – The Emory & Henry Men's Wrestling Team (0-6, 0-4 Carolinas) resumed its Conference Carolinas dual schedule on Thursday as the Wasps faced off against No. 13 nationally-ranked Lander University (7-1, 6-0 Carolinas). The Bearcats defeated E&H by a 40-16 final score.

- Senior Tito Hernandez (Shelbyville, Tenn.) got the Wasps off to a strong start as he pinned Oren Decker in 2:09 at 125 pounds.
- Senior Avery Almany (Bristol, Tenn.) earned a win by forfeit at 133 pounds.
- Sophomore Sebastian Gaberrete (Jeffersonton, Va,) dominated Ayden Lighter at 174 pounds, picking up a 16-6 major decision victory.
