EMORY, Va. – The Emory & Henry College Men's Golf Team, under the direction of Head Coach Bill Mannino, enters the third year of its Renaissance this fall. The Wasps will play four events between September and the end of October including a trio of two-round, 36-hole competitions.
E&H's first tournament is the Bob Dibble Classic, hosted by Tusculum University. The event will run from Monday, September 10 through Tuesday, September 11 at Link Hills Country Club in Greeneville, Tennessee.
On Sunday, September 30 the Wasps will hold the Blue-Gold Match, an exhibition event at Glenrochie Country Club in Abingdon, Virginia. The day will begin at 2:00 p.m., and see both the Emory & Henry men's and women's golf teams in action.
The Wasps make their third straight appearance in the VSGA Intercollegiate Championship on Monday, October 15 and Tuesday, October 16. The 69th iteration of the tournament will take place at Sleepy Hole Golf Course in Suffolk, Virginia with Virginia Wesleyan University serving as this year's host.
Emory & Henry closes out the fall portion of its schedule with a trip to Rockford, Tennessee for the Maryville College Fall Invitational. Egwani Farms Golf Course will open its doors on Monday, October 29 and Tuesday, October 30 to host the Scots' tournament.
