Pass List Policy (updated for the 2021 season)
As Emory & Henry begins its transition to NCAA Division II and the South Atlantic Conference, the following changes to the College's ticket policy have been put in place:
-- Emory & Henry football players are allotted four tickets each, which will be emailed to the recipients leading up to the game. Players must have their ticket requests submitted by noon on Wednesday. No late submissions will be accepted, so families need to work with their players to ensure deadlines are met.
-- There is no player pass list for visiting teams. Visiting parents must purchase a ticket to attend Emory & Henry football games.
-- High School coaches must present their appropriate coaches' association pass and sign in at the gate when entering. A coaches' pass is good for one ticket only.
-- Recruits are permitted to receive one ticket for themselves and up to four other people accompanying them. Recruits must register with Coach Nick Copas (ncopas@ehc.edu) by noon on Wednesday in order to receive complimentary tickets.
Tailgating Information
Emory & Henry has three areas on campus dedicated to season-long parking and tailgating and a fourth area specifically for Homecoming Weekend. The paved lot behind the stadium is reserved tailgating and must be purchased in advance. The gravel lot between the John Rutledge King Center and Baseball Field is for general tailgating and is available for entry on game day and entry costs $10 per car. These two lots are the only areas where alcohol may be consumed on campus and all entrants must have a ticket to the game.
Tailgating lots open at 9:00 a.m. and will close for new entrants at 1:30 p.m., or when they are full. Tailgating lots must be emptied one hour after the completion of the game.
Alcohol-free tailgating is available for no charge between the J. Stewart French House (Alumni) and the road in front of Hillman Hall. General parking is available between J. Stewart French and the Emily Williams House (Admissions). No tailgating is permitted in this area. Visiting fans may park in the gravel Chapel overflow lot.
On Homecoming Weekend, the grassy area next to the Duck Pond will also be a tailgating lot. The cost for this lot will also be $10 per car and entrants must have a ticket to the game.
