Virginia Beach (Nov. 3, 2008) - Emory & Henry finished eighth in the Old Dominion Athletic Conference Cross Country Championship Saturday, led by senior Karen Archibald who finished in 41st place with a time of 27:38.70.
First-year students Samantha Hammer and Madison Hilliard followed closely behind, in 43rd and 46th place respectively. Hammer finished with at time of 28:31.60 and Hilliard ran the course in 28:46.40.
Two other E&H runners in the meet included senior Aj Hagee, who finished 49th place with a time of 30:15.05 and sophomore Katelyn Clark, who finished 50th with a time of 32:26.40.
