While at Catholic, Kish was part of a program that posted an 11-6-4 record in 2010 and won the Landmark Conference Championship, advancing to the NCAA Division III Tournament. His primary duties included planning and assisting in daily training sessions and individual player development, opponent scouting, recruiting and campus visit coordination.

During the 2009 season, Kish was an assistant coach at his alma mater, Capital University. While there, he helped guide the Crusaders to a 16-5-2 record, an Ohio Athletic Conference Championship and a NCAA Division III Tournament berth. Kish also served as the head coach of the JV team while coordinating visits for recruits, fundraising, alumni player relations and serving as an assistant coach to the Capital women’s soccer team.

After completing his playing career, Kish went to Frostburg State University as a graduate assistant coach for the 2007 and 2008 seasons.  While there, the Bobcats posted a two-year record of 26-14-2.  Kish was charged with directing FSU’s youth tournament, community service and fundraising and travel while also handling recruiting and alumni player relations.

Kish played collegiately at Capital University where, as a four year letter winner, he was integral to building that program into a strong contender and a Division III national power.

Kish completed a bachelor’s degree in physical education at Capital in 2007, and received a master’s degree in interdisciplinary studies with concentrations in physical education and business administration from Frostburg State in 2009. Kish's uncle, Tim, is currently the Interim Head Football Coach for the University of Arizona Wildcats, and is a 30-year veteran college football coach. A Columbus, Ohio native, Kish now resides in Bristol.
