Emory & Henry men’s soccer lost to Guilford College Wednesday night 1-3 in what was the team’s final game of the season.
The Quakers put the first point on the board after 45 minutes of nonstop action when Freddy Gomes scored on a goal assisted by Jordan Alexander.
The Wasps then responded with their only goal -- from Brian Butler assisted by Erik Olson.
The Wasps finished the season 3-14 (1-9 ODAC) and will be returning all but one senior next year.
