D.C. Cobler is entering his 15th season as an Assistant Athletic Trainer at Emory & Henry College and his eighth as the Program Director of the Athletic Training Education Program (ATEP).

In addition to his responsibilities with E&H's ATEP, Cobler is also the Athletic Trainer for the Wasps' volleyball team.

Cobler earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in phyiscal education with a consentration in sports medicine from Emory & Henry in 1995. He received a Masters Degree in 1997 from East Tennessee State University and earned his Ph. D. in Sport Physiology from ETSU in 2009.

A native of Carroll County, Cobler is married to the former Trudy Stone (E&H '96). The couple have a son, Bryce, and a daughter, Rily Jane.
